Customer review analysis

Why do customers actually buy?

Customers rarely buy for the reason on the pricing page. Their reviews and emails carry the real purchase drivers, the objections that almost stopped them, the tools they abandoned, and the outcomes they were chasing. ProofCopy extracts all of it as atomic observations, verifies the quotes and tells you what to emphasize next.

  1. 1Paste feedback or upload an export. CSV columns are inferred; Amazon pages parse as-is; seven languages group together.
  2. 2Every message becomes observations with verbatim quotes, clustered into patterns with counts and documented strength rules.
  3. 3The report leads with the biggest finding and what to test, then purchase drivers, switching triggers, objections and hidden signals.

Purchase drivers versus themes

A theme is 'ease of use'. A purchase driver is 'customers describe the lack of customisation as the reason they stayed'. The first is a word cloud; the second is a message you can test tomorrow. ProofCopy pushes for the specific version and shows the exact customer words behind it.

Counter-evidence and hidden signals

For every pattern, the Deep Analysis looks for customers who describe the opposite experience and shows them next to the supporters. It also flags what a skim misses: loud minorities, repeated sentence structures, expectation gaps, and segment differences when the messages reveal a segment.

What it is not

Not a sentiment dashboard, not a survey tool, and not a fact checker: it grounds findings in what customers wrote, it cannot verify that customers were right. Regulated claims still need a human review.

Questions

What formats work?
Paste, TXT, CSV or TSV. For CSV we infer the review text column and metadata such as rating, date, author, plan or segment, and let you correct the text column.
Is my data stored?
A Quick Scan is deleted after 24 hours unless you save it. Saved reports and their source messages stay until you delete them from your library. Nothing is used to train models.
How long does it take?
A Quick Scan on 30 items usually finishes in about a minute; a Deep Analysis on a few hundred items takes several minutes and runs in the background with live progress.

Try it on your own data.

A Quick Scan is free and needs no signup. Deep Analysis is $19 for three days, plus applicable taxes.
